Movie Story
Set in a upcoming Northern The united states known as "Panem", the Capitol chooses a boy and a lady between the age groups of 12 and 18 from each of the 12 outlying zones to contend in the yearly "Hunger Games", a public fight-to-the-death. The movie is based around Katniss Everdeen - a 16-year-old lady from Region 12, who volunteers for her 12-year-old sis, Prim, when Prim's name is selected - and Katniss's other Region 12 honor, Peeta Mellark, whom she has some rather extraordinary record with.
